You will receive an email link giving you access to download your files. Be sure to use a real email and make sure there’s no typos so you can get your goods with no delay.

2. Digital Products & Services Final Sale Policy

Due to the intangible, non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered to you either through direct download, email, or account access  we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstance except in rare, verified cases (see below).

We strongly encourage customers to read all descriptions, previews, usage information, and compatibility notes provided on each product page prior to purchase.

3. No Refund Policy

DigiProStore offers downloadable goods and instant access services. Therefore:

We do not issue refunds for any digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent or downloaded.

This includes but is not limited to:

E-books

Digital templates

Software tools

Design packs

Monetization resources

Online access or services

Please note that purchase mistakes, change of mind, or dissatisfaction due to misreading the product description do not qualify for a refund.

4. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your purchased digital product, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. This includes:

Missing download links

Access failure due to system error

Corrupt or broken files

Please notify us at support@thelaura.digital within 72 hours (3 days) of your order. Our support team will review the issue and make reasonable attempts to assist you. If we are unable to deliver the product after multiple verified attempts, we may issue a full refund.

5. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds to users who are found to:

Have already used, installed, or redistributed the product

Attempt chargebacks or submit false claims

Abuse the refund process repeatedly

Our system logs product downloads and access events to help prevent fraud.
